What is the easy cream sauce Ina Garten made last week?

I was watching Barefoot Contessa on Food Network last week and I saw Ina Garten make a very simple cream sauce, but now I cannot find the recipe. I think the only ingredients were butter, olive oil, and heavy cream, but I don't know the quantities. If anyone else knows that or another EASY cream sauce recipe, please share.
