Does Cranial Osteopathic treatment effect any change ina persons physical appearance? Could it treat assymetry?

In the face? Like, does it move things about into a proper place? Anybody who can speak from experience would be preferred.|||No - it does not. The movement of the cranial bones if extremely slight...it would not alter one's appearance. In fact - no osteopathic manipulation would affect physical appearance. Posture perhaps, but not appearance per se.
