What is the exact criteria for a inhome child care and the charges they have being that we live ina reccession?

I just finished my course in in home child care . How would you charge and have the rules changed for daycare since .My instructor can tell me different, but if they have passed a bill or policies and procedures than i want to know.|||If they have passed bills or policies etc...you will get written notices in the mail and they are also posted along with the licensing requirements on your State's website. We just received our "changes" for in-home child care in the past month and had to sign that received them and that we will meet the new requirements by the required date. Every state varies in what the exact criteria is...check your state's website and download them. Good luck!
