How do I list out all the high values ina spreadsheet?

Hi,

I have a large spreadsheet with data contained in columns all on the same worksheet. The data consists of 5 products and their sales across each of 100 localities across the UK.

Using conditional formatting, I now have highlighted the cash sales of products in those towns where the sales exceed 拢1,000.

What I cannot do is to produce a list that contains ONLY those towns where sales exceed 拢1,000.

How do I do this? Many thanks.

Sam|||the advanced filter will work.

a formula will depend on how your data is setup.

you might want to look into creating a "pivot table".

|||I have no idea|||Try using advanced filter with the condition greater than equals.....
