How many squats,pushups and crunches should I do ina week for a good workout?

ahah funny i was askin myself the same question. i just finished my workout.


bro do this :


squats= 3 sets of 15


pushups= 3 sets of 20


crunches=3 sets of 40


( per workout )


once you get better start doin more and more then you should be good in no time (y)
