I am doing a school project and need to write like a paragraph about the location of the elevator ina aircraft

can someone please help|||The elevator is the control surface on the airplane that controls pitch. The elevator can be found on the tail section of an airplane. It is attached to the horizontal stabilizer. This is the part of the tail that "crosses the T" so to speak. Most specifically, the very rear part of this horizontal stabilizer is hinged, it can be moved by the pilot to manipulate flight. Also attached to the elevator is the pitch trim. In some cases, for example the DC-9, the entire horizontal stabilizer acts as the elevator...|||Just look up aircraft design and rite what it says but in your own words|||Are you speaking of the control surface elevator or the elevator inside the plane used for the food carts?|||Depending on the aircraft there could be two. The elevator that is the horizontal portion of the tail that makes the plane go up and down

and in the case of a very large airliners there is often a small elevator that the flight attendants use to go down to a underfloor area where food prep takes place.
